SUMMARY
Equans Services Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) to lead and manage our strategic P3 initiatives. This senior executive role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing, negotiating, implementing, and providing operational oversite of a portfolio of P3 projects. The successful candidate will support in the evolution of the company’s P3 strategy, fostering robust partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Canada and the USA that align with both public sector objectives and Equans’ business goals.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Is authorized to work in the US;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mechanical / Electrical engineering or a related field;
- Technical expertise in CMMS;
- 5 + years of experience in digital solutions design, data analytics, or a related field;
- Advanced certification in Power BI or similar tools is preferred;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage;
- A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in managing large-scale P3 projects, preferably within Canada and the USA;
- Demonstrated expertise in operational oversite, strategic planning, project finance, contract negotiation, and risk management including dispute resolution;
- Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing P3s, with a proven ability to navigate complex bureaucratic landscapes;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders;
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in structuring and managing large, multi-year budgets;
- A track record of successful operational leadership in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
