Responsibilities:
- Management and leadership of the global R&D organization consisting of product development, project management, manufacturing process development and test laboratory
- Development of a long-term R&D roadmap and setting the direction for product innovation and technology development
- Oversee the progress of all R&D projects, ensuring they meet market demands and customer needs
- Responsible for a R&D budget of CHF 7.5 million
- Monitor and analyze technology and market trends, identify and evaluate new business opportunities and innovation potential
- Lead and continuously develop the corporate innovation management process as a process owner
