We are looking for a Vice President of Sales & Business Development (f/m/d) to take on a global, strategic, conceptual, and operational leadership role within the Grid & Energy Management Business Unit (BU GEM) at PSI Software SE.
In this position, you will join the management team of the BU GEM and report directly to the Senior Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Sales Ownership: Full accountability for order intake by product and region.
- International Sales Oversight: Direct sales activities aligned with the BU’s hub strategy.
- Leadership and Development: Provide operational and disciplinary leadership, fostering employee growth in both professional and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Planning and Profitability: Develop and oversee strategic plans, ensuring profitability through pricing strategies, daily costing, and more.
- Resource and Cost Center Management: Responsible for cost centers, resource allocation, and overall budget control.
- KPI Definition and Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs that align with strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure success by collaboration between all BUs within PSI and customers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key contact for all management levels within the BU.
- Language Proficiency: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- International Travel: Goal oriented motivation to travel national and international.
