Who We Are Looking For:
Atkore is currently recruiting for a Vice President, Sales - Canada for Electrical Sales to drive the electrical growth strategy across business units within Canada. The Vice President, Sales - Canada manages regional sales managers and is responsible for growing electrical product market share within their territory on an annual basis. This position is a leadership role that reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales for Atkore.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions as well as developing and evaluating new product ideas to meet the organizations growth objectives.
  • Develop sales reports and report out results to executive officers.
  • Develop a market-based business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals, profitability, and team accountability.
  • Develop and implement Agent Strategy to meet or exceed profitable sales growth targets.
  • Responsible for incremental and profitable business growth in the defined territory while maintaining stability of long-term business relationships.
  • Monitor external and internal customer feedback to measure performance and identify strategies to drive process improvement.
  • Manage the regional sales managers and defined territories for all Atkore products.
  • Direct and prepare incentive compensation strategies to determine sales effectiveness and revise plans to increase productivity.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and establish rewards and recognition programs to enhance performance production.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Characteristics consistent with Atkore core values.
  • A clear understanding of the electrical distribution process and the significance of agency representation.
  • A proven track record in the electrical industry.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
