Description:
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Consistent history of exceptional quota attainment at the Senior Director or VP level
- Invested in the personal development and hands on coaching of your managing reports
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading sales organizations
- Across territories in EMEA including markets with a varying degree of maturity (net new in emerging markets all the way up to well established markets incl. DACH and UKI)
- In B2B Tech SaaS selling to Fortune 200 companies
- Selling to Banking and Financial Services considered a strong plus
- In selling across both business and IT
- with Annual Contract Values exceeding USD 1M+ ARR
- Exceptional experience in successfully building and executing on pipeline-building mechanisms within the sales organization
- Track record of working key accounts strategically and in close alignment with other customer-facing functions
- You are candid and constructive with your peers with a collaborative leadership style
- You are driven by one goal: to make Camunda the leading business automation platform.
- You possess a strong drive for success, thrive on challenges, and demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity
- You value transparency, integrity, one-team and one-goal accountability, and you don’t focus on bureaucracy
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales
- Passion for (and interested in using) our product
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment and champion remote work best practices
- Deep knowledge of documentation and how this enables a global async environment.
