Description:

Job Summary: The individual in this role, serving as the integrator, will closely collaborate with the President to execute the company’s vision and ensure operational success. This entails leading and holding accountable the Directors in executing operational strategies and initiatives, developing, and implementing systems and processes to optimize efficiency, and fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.
This role requires an individual who exemplifies the company values of humble, driven, and solutions oriented.

Role and Accountability:

  • Serve as the integrator, working closely with the President to execute the company’s vision and drive operational success.
  • Be responsible for the coaching and performance of the Directors through the weekly level 10, one on ones, and performance reviews as outlined in the performance management policy.
  • Collaborate closely with the President to understand and align with the company’s long-term vision and strategic objectives.
  • Through the 90-day and Annual meetings, assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve the company’s vision, identifying key initiatives and milestones.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency, effectiveness, and management stability.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across all departments to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of leadership development and talent management within the organization, identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals, following the framework from “The Who”
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop their skills, preparing them for future leadership roles.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support the execution of strategic plans and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, accountability chart, and org chart ensuring alignment across all three.
  • Ensure fair and equitable treatment in grower payment processes, maintaining transparency and adherence to established policies.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee systems for optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the monitoring of security cameras and access controls, to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Exemplify the company values and have strict adherence to all policies and procedures to set the example.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficient with the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Ideal Team Player, and The Who.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing support functions within a similar organization or industry.
  • Experience with the implementation of strategic frameworks such as EOS or similar methodologies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational operations and business processes

Salary $180,000 to $250,000 annually.
