SERVICE SALES NCE

We play a critical role in Service Sales NCE. Our mission is to ensure revenue growth by securing service and maintenance agreements for new wind projects and extending existing Service contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/bachelor’s degree in commercial or the engineering field
• Beside leadership experience the candidate must have at least 7-10 years of experience on technical sales in an industrial environment.
• Great negotiation skills are a must for the position
• The optimal candidate will be required to demonstrate commercial/sales management skills and ideally a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of both Onshore/Offshore is advantageous

• Leadership of the Service Sales NCE department with more than 100 commercial colleagues
• Develop and deliver innovative short-term to long-term Service Sales strategies aligned with our defined business goals
• Identify growth opportunities and promote revenue through service offerings
• Drive complex negotiations for service agreements
• Build and maintain solid and trustful customer relationships during tender and negotiation phases
• Evaluate customer requests and needs, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Facilitate the development and enhancement of Service Sales concepts; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service offerings
• Budget responsibility and reporting line directly to the SVP Service NCE
