We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Technology Product Manager (ServiceNow) to join our Service Management team. This role is located in Lake Mary or Pittsburgh – Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Work closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements
Ensure quality delivery by working with development to ensure solutions meet the stakeholders requirements and are adequately tested by QA
Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and vision, and get buy in from senior stakeholders
Analysis new use cases and work with architecture on proof of concepts / solutions
Ensure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication
Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

BA or BS degree in either Business or Technical field
Extensive (8+ yrs) technical knowledge / certifications of the ServiceNow Platform including:
GRC/IRM (Issues Mgmt, Risk Events, RSCA)
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Security Operations (Security Incident Reponses, Vulnerability Mgmt)
CMDB / CSDM, Portal
Service Catalog / Tech Portal
ITBM / SLDC10 + years of technology experience preferred
8+ years previous Product Management/Business Analysis experience working with enterprise application(s) supporting 20K+ user base.
Excellent communication skills & the ability to develop clear written materials
Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, vision to senior leadership to reach consensus
Helpful to have experience working in Agile SLDC preferably with Product Owner role
Helpful to have ServiceNow Admin Certification
Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge)
Ability to manage vendor relationships
