We are seeking a VP, Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations and ensure optimal material availability, cost management, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As VP, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing and developing Evac’s entire supply chain across the Business Line (BL), covering Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, Project Procurement and Spare Part Purchases, External Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Logistics and Customer Invoicing. You will lead the Sourcing & Procurement strategy, ensuring efficient material availability and cost forecasting for customer projects. As part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, you will contribute to the company’s revenue and gross margin targets, while helping shape and execute the overall strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee and develop the end-to-end supply chain, including Sourcing/Category Management, Procurement, External Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Logistics and customer invoicing.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies, ensuring strong commercial relationships with suppliers and optimizing their operational performance.
  • External Manufacturing Network: Development of the external manufacturing network.
  • Cost Management: Manage direct material and service costs, including inflation control, while ensuring accurate material cost forecasting for long-term customer projects.
  • Logistics Development: Build and enhance efficient logistics processes and networks to support global operations.
  • Supplier Performance: Lead supplier performance management, building and fostering strong collaborations while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Source to Pay tool development: Develop the tools in end-to-end process.
  • KPI Development: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Leadership: As part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, drive company targets including net sales, gross margin, and cash flow objectives.
