Description:
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client that is looking to add an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform their Talent Acquisition program! This individual will partner at the executive level to reimagine the structure, strategy, and processes of the Talent Acquisition function, aligning it with best practices and the company’s growth goals. The ideal candidate will be strategic, hands-on, and possess the ability to manage, influence, and build partnerships at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking leader to make a lasting impact on the Talent Acquisition function and drive meaningful transformation across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be highly dynamic and able to think and operate on a global level
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at a senior leadership level
Demonstrated expertise in Talent Development and Talent Planning strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday
Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships at the executive level
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and emotional intelligence skills
Global talent acquisition experience is a plus
Flexible, adaptable, and able to drive change in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in implementing effective Talent Branding initiatives
Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies in alignment with the company’s goals
Deep understanding of recruitment in the manufacturing/distribution industry

Responsibilities:
Proven experience in leading and transforming Talent Acquisition teams, with a strong track record of success in a global or multi-site environment.
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives in shaping company recruitment goals and objectives.
Experience in diversity recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Lead specific diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment initiatives, working alongside their diversity team.
Establish reliable guidelines and optimize processes to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of recruitment operations.
Utilize company’s HRIS- Workday, in streamlining recruitment processes.
Shape the structure and strategy of the organization based on talent acquisition outcomes and needs.
