The Vice President of Technical Operations will play a crucial role in leading and managing the operations of DevOps, Production Operations, Release Management, and Quality Assurance. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of digital products and services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and quality in a fully remote environment.
Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the VP of Technical Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams across the US and India, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and services.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in technical operations, with a strong focus on DevOps, Production Ops, Release Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing geographically distributed teams, preferably across the US and India.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure automation.
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in release management, version control, and automated testing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment is highly preferred.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
