We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Product Manager II to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is in Pittsburgh/PA or Lake Mary/FL and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required) . Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and end users to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Develop expertise in the applications supported to be able to troubleshoot issues and suggest enhancements.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Experience in working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred,
8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
