As the Vice President of Technology Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our long-term technology strategy, aligning it with our business goals to drive innovation and competitive advantage. You’ll lead digital transformation initiatives, manage key technology relationships, and guide critical technology investments.
Location: Denver, CO, El Segundo, CA, or Nashville, TN
Format: Hybrid role
Travel: <20%

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in progressively senior technology leadership roles.
  • Education – Master’s Degree
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and emerging tech trends.
  • Proven track record of successful technology strategy implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant technologies for the industry.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices. Understanding and experience with ITIL, TOGAF, ITSM and SDLC.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

  • Identify emerging technologies and innovation cycles and assess their potential impact.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
  • Oversee technology roadmaps and large-scale IT projects.
  • Guide technology investment decisions and budget allocation.
