We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control II to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Individually contribute to the assessment and validation of controls for AML processes and procedures to drive compliance with laws, rules, and regulations
Responsible for assisting the management team to bring them into compliance with complex regulatory and policy requirements
Based on assessments of controls, works with business units to implement improvements including the completion of appropriate documentation when control changes are made
Prepare and address requirements associated with Policies, Procedures, Regulatory Requests, Internal Audit, AML Risk Assessments, Compliance Testing, and FCC Quality Assurance
Assist with the development and distribution of reporting and metrics
Ensure compliance with the timely execution of transactional investigations and drive quality control standards and performance

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
7-10 years of total work experience, experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring desired
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Deliver data analytics, interpret and report key risk indicators, and work comfortably with large data sets
