Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
The UX Head Vice President will drive all User Experience and Content Management strategies across DHL Express’s global product portfolio. The role is crucial in ensuring a unified, seamless, and frictionless experience for all users. The UX Head VP will collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and other departments to implement best-in-class UX practices, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a team of approx. 6 direct Reports: Managers of UX, UI Designers, Content Strategists, UX Researchers, and UX Writers.
- Manage and mentor a global team of UX professionals.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for UX projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to UX and content.
