Responsibilities:

The Video Conferencing Officer is responsible for day-to-day liaison and scheduling of matters with relevant stakeholders including prison custodial and records staff, court registry staff, legal professionals, external assessors and service providers.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Engaging daily with numerous key stakeholder groups within Victoria’s criminal justice system
  • Working within a fast-paced dynamic environment to coordinate successful scheduling outcomes for Victoria’s prison video conferencing network
  • Liaising with Court registry staff to provide timely and accurate information on the location of prisoners within the custody of Victoria Police, Corrections Victoria and the Youth Justice System.
