Description:
Job Description:
- Performs planning, testing, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade projects in collaboration landscapes with clients and other IT teams to ensure technological solutions meet business/user requirements
- Proactively conduct daily health checks across the entire video system portfolio and execute maintenance as needed to prevent disruptions
- Support the deployment of fixes and changes into the production environment
- Provide basic training and support to stakeholders on video conferencing procedures and best practices
- Maintain asset records/inventory of video conferencing endpoints
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting to resolve technical issues related to video conferencing hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Act as an escalation point for the resolution of technology problems and events; collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve complex problems
- Develop and maintain documentation on system support and technical configurations.
- Coach, mentor and develop others
- Stay up-to-date about the latest video conferencing technologies, network security protocols, and solutions.
