JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Video Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support various assets of marketing, contribute to the production of videos and other marketing materials and assist in the execution of campaigns and video strategies.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for video and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment and working with a brand that is rapidly growing.
Shadow Foam is a high density, polyurethane grade of foam, used to organise and display tools. Produced onsite in Northwich in sheets of various sizes and hundreds of differing toolbox configurations, they have worked with large multinational corporations and several high-profile celebrities and influencers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills for copywriting purposes.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools is advantageous.
• Experience in using Adobe Premiere is a must. Other Creative Cloud programs like Photoshop and Illustrator are favourable kills to have too.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including YouTube channel analytics and editing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• IT-savvy with a keen interest in learning new technologies related to marketing tools.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  We have currently expanded our workload for videos and content and need a candidate who can slot in well with our team and assist in hitting deadlines and cultivating an audience online. • Assist in the creation and implementation of videos and content across many channels.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Support the management of social media accounts by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
• Collaborate with team members on graphic design projects using Adobe software.
• Maintain organised records of marketing materials, campaign performance, and analytics data using Excel.
• Contribute to the development of promotional materials and copywriting for various platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on marketing strategies and initiatives.
