JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Keep up with the latest social media trends, extensive knowledge about trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines and platform updates
  • Stay on top of viral content, trending media within different niches and platform best practices
  • Create compelling, engaging and informative for short form platform including TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Ideate video concepts, create and identify new formats for internal & external creators through an understanding of brand POV
  • Oversee and execute the video production process from beginning to end, include research, concepts, scripting, filming, editing/post-production, scheduling and posting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in mass communications or a related field
  • At least 2 years experiences of creating compelling content for social media, specifically short form/vertical content
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels
  • Video shooting & editing skill, proficiency with editing software (such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay
  • A working knowledge of major social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok
