Video Surveillance Operator - Overnight 10pm-6am Weekday and Weekends

Winnipeg’s leading Security Company specializing in Security Guards, IP cameras, access and alarm security integration. We operate one of Canada’s largest LIVE video monitoring centers. We live video monitor cameras across Canada and capture criminals in the act from the comfort of our state-of-the-art facility in Winnipeg.
BIL is currently looking for several full-time Video Surveillance Operators to join our team at our LIVE Video Monitoring Centre. Our LIVE Video Monitoring operates 24/7 365 days a year. The successful candidate will be responsible for watching CCTV cameras live, responding to alarms, and looking for crimes in progress to name a few. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and wants to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.

The successful candidate should have:

• Should have experience in an office setting.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have very strong communication skills (English written and spoken).
• Must have excellent computer & telephone skills.
• Must be able to handle working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Note: There is limited and at times no bus service to our location as we are in St. Boniface Industrial Park. Candidates will require reliable transportation to and from work. Free parking is provided.
Training is provided, and security experience is appreciated but not required as we are not security guards.
Must be excellent at operating a computer and have good communication skills both written and spoken.

Pay: $17.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
