CONMED is seeking a creative and talented Videographer to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Videographer for CONMED, you will play a key role in producing high-quality video content that showcases our innovative medical products and enhances our brand presence in the market.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with CONMED’s brand and marketing objectives.
  • Capture and edit video footage of surgical procedures, product demonstrations, testimonials, and promotional content.
  • Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, to ensure optimal video quality.
  • Assist with pre-production tasks, such as storyboarding, scriptwriting, and location scouting.
  • Edit and post-process video footage using editing software to create polished and engaging final products.
  • Maintain video equipment and studio facilities to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of video projects within budget and scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Assist with on-location video shoots, including setting up equipment, managing logistics, and coordinating with talent and crew members.
  • Conduct research and gather visual assets, such as stock footage, images, and graphics, to enhance video productions and maintain brand consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new video concepts and campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in videography, cinematography, and video editing.
  • Certifications in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in video production.

PREFERED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of basic lighting techniques and audio recording principles preferred.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives
