Videographer / Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and passionate Videographer/Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production, from concept and filming to editing and post-production. This role requires a creative mind, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 1

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

• Conceptualization and Planning:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop creative concepts for video projects.
• Plan and organize all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and scheduling.
• Filming:
• Operate cameras (including DSLR, mirrorless, and potentially drones) to capture high-quality footage.
• Conduct interviews and gather necessary b-roll.
• Ensure proper lighting, sound, and composition.
• Editing:
• Edit video footage using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Add visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Color grade and adjust audio levels for optimal quality.
• Post-Production:
• Prepare video files for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations).
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Other Duties:
• Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
