You will be part of the BENELUX IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office) in the Operations department and will report to the Team lead Activity Management. The IPRO team manages innovations and renovations (and all other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.
In this role you will closely work together with the (Sr.) Project Manager (PMO) and support this person on the operational coordination of all innovations & renovations for your respective category. The PMO is in the lead of the project, manages the multi-disciplinary project team and keeps track the overall timeline with main focus on the development phases.

You as VIE - Activity Manager will be part of the project team and take the responsibility to secure that the new products end up on the retailers’ shelf; on time, within quality and at the lowest cost. Your main focus is the implementation and launch phase of the projects.

• You are the Supply Chain expert in cross-functional teams of projects that result in new or changing products and/ or packaging
• Act as single point of contact with the factories and the internal Operations department
• Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO PMO, Marketing, Sales, R&D and Finance and collaborate on a daily basis with other Operations teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality)
• Be the local Project Manager for secure and productivity projects
• Create and animate the operational timeline and warn about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses
• Support the development of the innovation forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales as part of the monthly S&OP cycle
• Support the Supply Planning team on all phase-in/phase-outs linked to the activities
• Ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters

About you

• You have obtained a university degree
• Supply or Demand Planning knowledge is highly valued
• Project Management experience and knowledge is highly valued
• Besides strong networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management
• Fluency in English is a must within this position
• If, in addition, you have an analytical mindset with an extended knowledge of Excel you might be the person we are looking for!
