VIE - Financial Auditor - H/F - ABU DHABI
Under the Country Director for the UAE, the Finance and Administrative Officer is in charge of accounting and administrative for the UAE Naval Group branch (both Representative office and Permanent Establishment).
Position Summary :
Make a monthly Financial Reports under the supervision of Office Manager
Handling of VAT quarterly submission under the supervision of Office Manager
Develop and maintain a Tax filing system.
Produce, exchange and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms internally on finance matters
Responsible for the renewal of Official Documents under the supervision of Country Director
Responsible for the renewal of Offices Insurance under the supervision of Office Manager
As well as all other office management tasks
