Description:
The HR team within Euronext is composed by more than 40 talented HR professionals. We are looking for a VIE HR Generalist to join the HR team and supports the Euronext Derivatives & Post-Trade Business Unit.
The Human Resources team offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.
Reporting into the HRD Function, Business Partner for the Head of Derivatives & Post-Trade and Nord Pool, the VIE HR Generalist will support the expansion of the business.
You will belong and evolve within a dynamic environment, in an international matrix organization. You will be based in Euronext office with the HR Director and HRBP team and will work with teams located in several locations across Europe.
You will work in close collaboration with managers around Europe as well as HR Function (supporting businesses) and local HRBPs (supporting local managers).
Overall, the VIE HR Generalist will be a critical component of the HR team on the following aspects: 1) Active contribution of the recruitment plan expansion, 2) Onboarding processes implementation with Managers, 3) Follow-up on HR reporting, 4) Support on build/structure change management plan to support the transformation and better equip managers with leadership skills 4) Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level.
In details, key responsibilities will include:
- Active contribution into the Recruitment plan project in partnership with the HR Business Partner Functions of the different businesses, Hiring managers, External Recruitment agencies, as well as local HRBPs across countries. It may include job description review, CV screening, interviews, support and coordination with candidate to provide the best-in-class candidate and manager experience.
- Ensure a follow up on onboarding process & update the HR system: offer, background check, contract, up to full Euronext onboarding program implementation (training, buddy program …).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the progresses and status versus budget. Deliver regular HR reporting about the Recruitment process to the HR Function and to the Business teams.
- Provide support to structure and implement a pragmatic change management plan to strengthen communication around the transformation happening in the business line, to develop collaborative mindset throughout businesses and countries, better equip managers on leadership skills as courage, cross-cultural management and workload management.
- Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level depending on the Euronext People strategy execution.

Euronext Derivatives, ETFs, Indices and Warrants & Certificates franchise is at the core of Euronext’s strategy. The team is composed of over 60 professionals across Europe.
The team manages product development and client relationships, enabling European and global investors to trade Euronext’s wide range of derivatives, structured products, ETFs, warrants & certificates, among other financial instruments.
Eligibility criteria of this VIE Program, set by Business France*
- Being between 18 to 28 years old
- Having a European nationality
- Never have declared taxes and no previous work experience in the UK
- Please note that these criteria are mandatory to be eligible for this position.
Your profile
- Master degree in HR, business school or labour law
- First experience in HR or consultancy HR
- Project management skills
- Rigorous and attention to details
- Great communicator, strong relationship-building skills
- Real team player with a passion for cultural differences
- Ability to be the perfect intermediary between HR and business functions
- Fluency in French and English. Any other European language is a plus
- High level of flexibility, Integrity, confidentiality
Additional Information
- Start Date: Ideal start date is 1 September or 1 October 2024.
- Location: Based at the London office
- Duration: Initial period of 12 months, can be extended in another location
