For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for a
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, LLB, HR Management or comparable
- You are IT literate (Google Suite knowledge is highly appreciated, as well as MS Excel or similar)
- You distinguish yourself through your creativity and your proactivity
- You are a team player and enjoy working with diverse teams (just like us!)
- Workday knowledge is ideally desired
- You have already gained project management foundations
- Fluent English capabilities and basic knowledge of German language is compulsory (if you are willing to fastly develop
- German language capabilities, the company supports you with e-Learning classes!)

Responsibilities:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and/or contribute to (local) HR projects
- Contribute to harmonization and improvement of (local) HR processes and drive their development
- Support and prepare HR business processes in the frame of our annual HR cycle “People Tempo” (Performance & Goals,Team-Reviews etc.) in close co-operation with the respective HRBP referents
- HR focal point to bridge with the different HR Center of Expertise
- Support the HRBPs in orchestrating change initiatives, e.g. business reorganization
- Support HRBPs in daily activities
- Preparation of presentations and meetings, info sessions
