Main tasks

• Analysing and understanding the specific automation needs and requirements of business processes
• Designing and creating visual workflows using no code automation platforms that encompass various tasks and processes within the company
• Integrating the automation workflows with existing systems, databases, and software used to enable seamless data flow and communication
• Conducting thorough testing of the automation workflows to ensure they function correctly, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs that may arise.
• Assisting in the deployment and implementation of the automation workflows in the company’s infrastructure, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance.
• Providing training to employees on how to use and interact with the automated workflows, and documenting the processes and workflows for future reference

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering or Informatics
• Familiarity with no code automation platforms
• Understanding of data manipulation and integration
• Expertise in data centre and data management
• Experience in managing and developing IT projects
• Scripting and programming knowledge
• Workflow design

• Ability to work in a teamActive knowledge of English

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge in the field of design, creation and maintenance of applications
• Knowledge of techniques, tools, services and processes for designing, creating and maintaining IT infrastructure services that meet business requirements
• Proficiency in using popular no code automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of how to turn business requirements into technical requirements/IT solutions
• Ability to manage IT systems, with a focus on the user’s perspective on the contribution of IT to the business
• Knowledge of project management, programs, IT risks
• Knowledge of the principles, techniques and processes for identifying, designing and maintaining a harmonized and safe environment
• Digital & Cloud knowledge
