Description:

Join us in Cologne for an exciting VIE program and become a valued member of our dedicated team! We are looking for a motivated VIE (m/f/d) who will help us set new standards in the logistics industry. Join our team from January 2025 for 12 months.

These are your tasks

  • Full ownership for the replenishment process of products from various production sites (e.g. requirement calculation, order management, inbound tracking)
  • Actively participate in monthly Supply Review Meetings with suppliers to highlight local needs and business performance
  • Ensure a high-level performance on the Supply Chain KPIs (e.g. Case Fill Rate, Adherence to Plan)
  • Performance of stock projections to ensure an optimal stock level considering safety stock settings, lead times, but also warehouse capacity
  • Actively manage out-of-stock and overstock situations with all relevant stakeholders, including the performance of root cause analysis and implementation of mitigation plans to avoid similar situations for the future
  • Support of the organization for new product launches with Supply Chain expertise and ensure timely product availability
  • Maintain a strong relationship and be the first point of contact for all supply related topics with suppliers and within the local organization (e.g. Demand Planning, Inventory Coordinator, Sales)

This is your profile

  • Successful completed studies, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Relevant experience in Supply and / or Demand Planning, ideally in FMCG environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Engaging Can-Do-Mentality, independent way of working and solution-oriented thinking
  • High analytical skills
  • Affinity for IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP System (e.g. JDE), Anaplan DDMRP, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
