Pernod Ricard Benelux is the combination of two affiliates, Pernod Ricard Belgium and Pernod Ricard Nederland.
The logistics officer & supply contributor BENELUX is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the arrivals of purchased liquid goods and POS material.
As a supply contributor, you are also responsible for conducting the replenishment process on a predefined product portfolio.
You will work together with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Finance, Sales & Marketing but also with external partners such as our 3PL, Carriers and multiple other Pernod Ricard collaborators (HQ, BrandOwners,…).
The VIE will be in charge of:

Logistical Responsibilites

• Review, Chase and process planned receptions with Brand Owners to 3PL (Nedcargo) in Navision BE for a time span of 4 weeks;
• Responsible for the stock put-aways, stock receipts and Repack receipts from Nedcargo;
• Send Breakage fiches emails to CS and update Excel for CS.
• Be the main contact for Transport companies (both ExWorks as BO oriented) & have 6-month Service Review with them together with the Supply Chain manager Benelux;
• If there are issues in the ERP or Connect, solve them with the help of the Logistics Contributor or make and follow the Ticket yourself, in a timely way (less than 2 weeks)

Supply planning

• Supply Planning and stock management: Ensuring optimal forecast planning, inventory management as well as supply of goods with the Brand owners
• Purchase order creation and follow up (direct and drop shipments)

Reporting and other

• BBD / THT reporting
• Open PO + OOS report
• Inbound Loop complaints
• Stock analysis: Blocked stock
• Stock analysis: Plan and create on a weekly basis a stock comparison between Nedcargo Warehouse Management System and Navision BE;
• Review and process monthly Transport invoices from Exworks Carriers, drop shipments in ELO (Invoice system)
• Review and process monthly Nedcargo invoices (Nedcargo Forwarding, Nedcargo Warehouse) in ELO and for Finance
• In charge of Yearly POS and Regular bottles counts (February and June every year). Plan, facilitate and work together with Nedcargo, Marketing and CS to get the right qty and info in Navision. Be the GO-TO person for Auditors (KPMG) on the closing.
