Where is the Position?
The position will be located in one of our plants in Germany, in Marktheidenfeld or Lahr. You will be a part of the Program Management Office (PMO) and the sustainability team -10 people in total working in multicultural, international environment (need to coordinate with people WW (Europe, Japan, China)).
Which missions will you lead?
MAIN MISSIONS
- Drive the roadmap & execution to reach the targets
- Partner with Sustainability Corporate Team to align on priorities and actions
- Track progress toward company objectives
- Coordinate and manage with IA LoBs/Activities, the various initiatives of the program and follow the KPIs
- Transform our packaging/material without compromising on quality
- Put the customer at the center of the decisions
- (later) Foster Community of good practices and collaborate with the SE Sustainable Packaging team.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master’s degree/Engineer with the specialization in a related technical or environmental discipline
Work experience: Internship or apprenticeship in similar field
SKILLS:
- excellent knowledge of Excel and pivot tables
- MS Office
Requested languages: Fluent in English and French, German will be a plus.
PERSONAL ABILITIES OR SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with peer group and leaders
- Experience in Product Development, Logistics & Supply Chain Sustainability is a plus
- Knowledge of Climate Science, Circular Economy, Decarbonization, and related sustainability sciences

- Lead Green Packaging and Green Material projects governance and execution within Digital Factory
- Be the single-point-of-contact regarding the Green Packaging and Green Material projects in Digital Factory
- Report on results
- Implement solutions in plants worldwide
- Escalate & Mitigate risks and roadblocks
- Challenge & support program execution, provide guidance and tools if necessary
- (later) Animate a community, bridge teams, and share best practices
