Nordic Unique Travels is one of the main travel companies located in Rovaniemi, Finland. We specialize in tours in Lapland - in Finland, North Norway, and Sweden. At the moment we have more than 100 tours and holiday packages in the Arctic Circle. Lapland is a great winter destination offering unforgettable experiences. Because of its nature, northern lights, winter activities, unique cuisine and accommodation and of course Santa Claus, it is very popular among customers from all around the world.
We are looking for a Vietnamese Assistant to join our team in our new resort: Aito Igloo & Spa Resort, which will be one of the top luxury hotels and the most stunning getaway to discover the unique landscape of Lapland. We aim to deliver the best experience and privileged comfort to our customers as well as to value the sustainability of the planet.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or food industry.
- A proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Native/fluent Vietnamese speaker.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist our Vietnamese supervisor with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, and task execution.
- Proactively communicate hotel needs, supplies, or service requirements to the relevant departments.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to assigned tasks, ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail.
- Facilitate communication between Vietnamese-speaking staff, guests, and management to ensure cultural and language needs are met.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and maintain the resort’s luxury brand image.
