Description:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experienced Research Assistant, ideally from a media background
  • Highly numerate and competent at analysing large datasets to deliver actionable insight
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills – PowerPoint being key
  • Detailed knowledge of TV data systems including Techedge – both as viewed and as broadcast - and Tableau
  • Ideally working knowledge of Snowflake, TV Beat and Adobe
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with autonomy and take responsibility for your own workload
  • Experience of statistical research software tools such as Q
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

Viewer Insight is part of the wider Paramount UK Research team incorporating Airtime management, Forecasting and VOD analytics. Viewer Insight sits at the heart of the Paramount business and understanding our existing and potential viewers informs everything we do. This role will work across all channels in the portfolio to deliver actionable insight to drive creative and commercial success. You will be a voice of the viewer for our partners.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Running weekly and monthly reports on the performance of our channels across all platforms eg linear and VOD
  • Run In-depth competitor analysis across all platforms for linear and VOD
  • Regularly report on key shows to the commissioners and delivering end of series reports
  • Compiling data from brand tracking and other data led projects
  • Designing and scripting online surveys followed by analysis and disseminating the results
  • Supporting the Marketing and Press teams with Award submissions, press releases, briefs and campaigns
  • Be the key point of contact for the Acquisitions team
  • Support the wider Forecasting and VOD analytics team
