Villa Leasing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Villa Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing high-end villas, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth lease transactions. This role requires a valid UAE driving license and own car for property visits and client meetings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in real estate leasing, preferably in villa leasing.
• License & Vehicle: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car for property visits.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate lease terms.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and online property portals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Promote and lease residential villas to prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on villa features, pricing, and lease terms.
• Negotiate lease agreements to achieve the best possible terms for both tenants and landlords.
• Achieve leasing targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
