KEY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
  • Meet daily call targets and core KPIs to drive sales performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous growth and expansion of the business whilst. always looking for ways to become more efficient and improve.
  • Cultivate an upbeat working environment with the team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a sales contact centre environment.
  • Track record of meeting both team and individual targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using internal CRM systems.
  • Strong objection-handling skills to overcome customer hesitations and objections.
  • Clear and polite telephone manner to deliver exceptional service to all of our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
