Description:
The Director of VIP Business plays a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with high-end clients and VIPs. This role is essential for fostering strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- Have 10 years of experience in business development or relationship management in the finance field, with a focus on managing high-value clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with VIP clients and internal teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Capability to develop and implement strategies to enhance VIP client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understanding of different cultures and the ability to tailor services to meet diverse client needs.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet the demands of VIP clients.
