Description:
What you’ll bring to the team:
As a VIP host you will be reporting in to the VIP Team leader as well as the the VIP Assistant Manager. Your role as a VIP host will be:
- To ensure a seamless, smooth guest journey from their arrival onto the resort to their exit by providing high level of customer service in line with company values
- You will play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for our VIP Guests.
- To assist with the department’s mission to achieve a positive customer feedback through internal and external captures.
- To deliver both VIP entry and experience packages to support all targets set by the business.
- To support the wider Resort through our multi-skilling programme.
- Support product development and contribute new ideas to continually drive the department.
Qualifications & Experience:
Skills and experience required for the role:
- High level of motivation both self and in a team.
- Uphold required standards in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills within team and networking with other employees at the resort.
- Problem solving and decision-making techniques.
An ideal candidate would be:
- Approachable individual who is confident to talk to our Guests, find out how their day is and be able to assist plan out their day and deliver your knowledge of the park when asked.
- Highly driven and motivated.
- Focused and able to complete tasks with high level of ownership.
- Innovative and fast moving.
- High level of personal presentation and standards.
- Able to work both in a team environment and alone
- Have an in-depth park knowledge to deliver the best possible experiences to our guests.
Due to the nature of this role we will only accept applications from those candidates over the age of 18. Working hours will include weekends and holidays as required.

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £10.00/Hr.-GBP £11.44/Hr
