Responsibilities:

  • Proximity support expert (computers, printers, onboarding / offboarding , inventory management, licensing,…)
  • Strong knowledge in meetings rooms and teams
  • Installation of IT equipment and devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals). Windows and IOS technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Professional, MAC OS, in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of the most common third-party applications (Office, Adobe, Cloud, Advanced etc.), as well as enterprise applications.
  • Deploy migrations with updates according to new standards (Windows, O365, etc.) and global policies (xS)
  • Advanced knowledge on user / devices administration tool: active directory, Intune, O365 admin portal, exchange , Azure …
  • Keep accurate and timely records within the incident monitoring system making sure that the end user receives feedback at all times on the progress of faults and changes
  • Understand the need to adapt your style to suit the end user, communicate in a clear and confident manner
