Join Our Team as a VIP Support Engineer!
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch technical support to senior executives? Do you excel in providing personalized service and technical solutions in a dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated VIP Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our Exxaro Executive Committee members and board. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Information Management (IM) team to ensure seamless delivery of IM services and technical solutions tailored to our leadership’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate A+ (Essential/Minimum or)
- Certificate N+ (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate ITIL Foundation (Recommended/Desirable)
- Certificate First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years Desktop, helpdesk, and service support experience. Strong customer service, problem-solver, team player and ability to engage with leaders in senior positions. Good written and oral communication. Understand the ServiceNOW system. (Essential/Minimum) (Operational)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
- Competence: SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
- Competence: MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Recommended/Desirable)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Recommended/Desirable)
- Valid Drivers licence and own vehicle
Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):
Ability to:
- Provide technical experience to Exxaro Executive Committee members and board members.
- Collaborate with the Information Management (IM) team to ensure effective and efficient support is provided to Exxaro leadership for IM services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests from Exxaro Executive Committee members and board.
