Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Administrative Assistant. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Conduct research on various topics and provide reports as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
