  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the firm.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule meetings, organize the calendar, and prioritize tasks for effective time management.
  • Assist with client follow-ups, send reminders, and manage client communications.
  • Organize internal meetings, team activities, and track employee feedback.
  • Coordinate social media posts and support marketing efforts.
  • Track project progress, set reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents and reports.
  • Manage vendor communications and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Monitor expenses and assist with budget management.
  • Coordinate and track employee training programs.
