JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client, based in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our IT Security Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing quotes, emails, CRM entries, follow-ups, and reminders for our B2B sales customers. This role requires proficiency in Zoho CRM and a strong understanding of IT security products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of IT security products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in B2B sales support.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers based on the salesperson’s input.
- Enter and update customer information and interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Schedule and send follow-up emails to ensure customer inquiries are addressed.
- Set and manage reminders for important tasks and deadlines related to B2B sales customers.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with the main salesperson to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the main salesperson.
