We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our representative and office staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills with a kind and respectful demeanor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear English speaking skills. (C2 Level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Word, and Google Calendar.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Honest, creative, and personable.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Organize and manage the representative’s schedule.
- Collaborate with office staff on scheduling and coordination.
- Verify invoice totals by calling insurance companies.
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure receipt of payments.
- Coordinate conference calls with homeowners and insurance companies.
- Order banners and marketing materials as needed.
- Assist in organizing events and coordinating logistics.
- Create change orders for rotted plywood and expanded scope of work.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and Zoom calls.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as requested by the representative.
