Description:

Staffaro, a leading Human Resources company, is seeking a Virtual Assistant on a part-time basis to support the company’s executive team. As the Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating special projects. The ideal candidate must be someone who is experienced in using Zapier to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Organize and maintain documents and records
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through email and phone calls
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
