SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The vCIO provides clients with strategic IT leadership and direction, aligning IT initiatives with business goals to ensure technology investments deliver maximum value. This role involves setting IT strategies, managing technology roadmaps, and ensuring compliance and security.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Identify and suggest solutions to mitigate IT risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on IT matters.
• Assist Clients in understanding how artificial intelligence (AI) can help their business.
• Assist Clients with cyber insurance compliance.
• Develop entry-level IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Complete Quarterly Business Review (QBR) execution with all assigned client accounts.
• Maintain established key performance indicators (KPIs) for QBRs and training,
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, including budgeting, sales stage, expected close date, etc.
• Adherence and understanding of HUB’s defined processes and help develop new ones.
• Maintaining a commitment to business quality and delivering legendary client service.
• Resolving client inquiries expeditiously and professionally.
• Efficient communication skills, in both written and verbal forms, to keep clients and management aware of work status, progress, and problem-resolution
• Accurate entry of all time and service ticket information in HUB’s Professional Service Automation software, ConnectWise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in clothing and personal grooming.
• Adhere to HUB’s attendance policies regarding both punctuality and absenteeism.
• Abide by HUB’s Employee Code of Conduct.
• Work at HUB’s office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, except holidays.
• Have a valid Manitoba Driver’s License Class 5F
• Have the use of a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
