Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of executive support tasks efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or executive assistance is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
