Vital Virtuals is a leading provider of remote healthcare support services. As we expand, we seek a skilled Remote Medical Receptionist/Admin, proficient in English (C1 or above) to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Proven 1-2 years of previous experience in medical administration or healthcare support roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
- Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling, medication refills and general patient assistance
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
- Process patient registrations, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare team members.
- Prepare and distribute medical correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of job performance
