Responsibilities:

  • Successfully execute sales strategies to meet and exceed the sales and profitability targets on this channel.
  • Work closely with relevant functional leaders (Offer Marketing, Channel Marketing and Channel Sales Leadership and Teams).
  • Use of Schneider Electric internal tools to deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify new projects and revenue streams, resulting in a qualified pipeline of prospects and detailed input.
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends that define the competitive landscape, market research on competitor activities and pricing, and report to commercial operations, including win / loss analysis.
  • New Product Introduction and define business development needs to penetrate new markets.
  • Maintain strong cross business selling initiatives, leveraging BU, sales forums and local teams.
  • Leveraging knowledge and relationships with End user market to create pull through for our Distributors.
  • Strong focus on specifying Schneider Electric Low Voltage range of products across homogenous markets relevant to key Distributors and Hubs.
  • Leverage customer / partner / internal Schneider Electric relationships.
  • Partners with Distributors to plan strategies, provide quality service, train customer’s personnel, and provide support necessary for attainment of customer’s goals and objectives. Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.
  • Maintains active relationships with Schneider Electric Distributors and End Users, negotiates discrepancies between customer’s and Schneider Electric’s expectations and raise necessary escalations to resolve within the quickest time frames
