The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. Mission
You are in charge of Virtualization platforms VMWare, VXRail, VSAN, SDS, Cloud and Hardware servers equipment’s (HPe/Dell/Cisco UCS), storage management VSAN and hardware storage
Main responsibilities
Define and implement a secure Virtualisation architectures on VMWare and VSAN technologies
Manage the ongoing development and management of the platform
Manage the technology roadmap
Ensure that the implementation fits the business needs and is fit-for-purpose and fit-for-use
Provide level 2-3 support to the system which is considered as mission critical for the Bank
Personal skills
Team player and able to manage priorities Good communication with all stakeholders and vendors Working in a high priority environment with stress and high pressure for business continuity Ensure on call service (piquet), and flexible to work out of business hours and WE.

Education

• Education: Bachelor DegreeTechnical skills: VMWare, VSAN, VXrail, Hardware, SDS, Cloud

Experience

• Years of experience: 7-10 : senior

• Experience required: at least 5-year’s experience in a similar position Strong skills on VMWare, RHEV, VSAN, performance analysis Good skills on Linux, PowerCLI/Shell, Ansible, Server hardware managment (Dell/HPe) Basic skills on network related with Virtualisation platformsExperience in private banking: Optional

• English: FluentFrench: Mother Tongue
