We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Additive Manufacturing Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the Additive Manufacturing (AM) group and for all the output from the AM group, ensure it is fit-for-purpose and delivered in a timely fashion. You’ll also must ensure that all machinery and equipment is maintained and utilised effectively to meet the needs of the department and that AM staff receive the appropriate training to perform their role, overseeing that all Health & Safety requirements within the Additive Manufacturing Group are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience of managing an Additive Manucturing department in a fast-paced motorsport or similar environment.
In-depth technical understanding of additive manufacturing processes, equipment and materials.
Demonstrable leadership and staff-development skills.
Proven track record of delivering complex production-related projects on time and at the required quality.
Initiative & innovation.
Fluent with English
Detailed understanding of industrial-grade SLA machine technology and how to optimise usage.
Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Availability to be full-time based in Milton Keynes from January 2025.
