We are looking to expand our Portfolio Success team and are hiring a Visiting Analyst (Intern) for 6 months based in our Munich office.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in an MBA program)
  • Initial relevant work experience, preferably in a startup or in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with modern software and infrastructure (e.g. Python and/or Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis, visualization and governance
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate collection, cleaning and governance of Speedinvest’s master data base
  • Collect and verify services and benefits provided by third parties
  • Review existing knowledge management tools and content to identify gaps, facilitate collection of materials and knowledge sharing among team members
  • Ensure project reporting and support with various organizational and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Investment Managers to design tailored offerings and improve processes based on identified needs
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and create presentations on various topics

  • Be an integral of the Portfolio Success team and contribute to ongoing and ad-hoc team projects, including organizing events bringing together founders
